FLX 5 Week 9 Picks

CAMERON PARKER (27-13)

Hendrickson v Leander- Leander

Glenn v Cedar Park- Glenn

Pflugerville v Elgin- Elgin

Vista Ridge v Manor- Manor

Lake Travis v Dripping Springs- Dripping Springs

DEREK COHEN (29-11)

Hendrickson v Leander- Leander

Glenn v Cedar Park- Glenn

Pfluverville v Elgin- Elgin

Vista Ridge v Manor- Manor

Lake Travis v Dripping Springs- Dripping Springs

Hendrickson v Leander- Leander should take this in a tough district play match. Glenn v Cedar Park- Glenn and their tough slot T offense should take care of a young cedar park team. Pflugerville v Elgin- Elgin should take care of business vs Pflugerville. Vista Ridge v Manor- This game is hard to pick. Vista is Red Hot but I think Manor will end the Rangers win stream. Give me the mustangs. Lake Travis vs. Dripping Springs- Dripping Springs is my pick to win. I said at the beginning of the year they will upset either Westlake or Lake Travis, and we saw what happened last week against Westlake. Give me the tigers win a close one against the Cavs.

   NOLAN HOGAN (26-14)

Hendrickson v Leander- Leander

Lions have been in a lot of dog fights this season with some really good programs, and I see this week being another one that they swipe away in district play.

Glenn v Cedar Park- Glenn

Glenn Grizzlies have been rolling lately, but CP is figuring some things out with their very young defense and get in a confident mindset. I still think the Grizz take care of the Timberwolves.

Pflugerville v Elgin- Elgin

Elgin is showing the ATX every week that they are NO JOKE. Their losses have been to some very quality, established programs. When last year this team couldn’t scratch a tally in the win column. Very excited to see where this group takes this team.

Vista Ridge v Manor- Vista Ridge

In my opinion, Manor may have more struggles than we were expecting after the first couple weeks. Their depth is becoming a factor in almost every district game. Quinten Joyner is a sensational talent, but relying on him and his brother for 4 quarters gets to be almost too demanding for the USC commit. I see Vista making a second half comeback, lead by Jackson Harrell to take down the Mustangs.

Lake Travis v Dripping Springs- Dripping Springs

I stand by my statement about Drip last week. They put the state on notice, even after the 29-10 loss to Westlake. Their defense held westlake to 16 in the first half, and kept themselves in that game until the 4th quarter. I think they make another statement this week, and take down the highly touted Lake Travis opponent.

SNUPE DANIEL (26-14)

Hendrickson v Leander- Leander

Glenn v Cedar Park- Cedar Park

Pfluverville v Elgin- Elgin

Vista Ridge v Manor- Vista Ridge

Lake Travis v Dripping Springs- Lake Travis

ZACH LUCERO (28-12)

Hendrickson v Leander- Hendrickson

Glenn v Cedar Park- Glenn

Pflugerville v Elgin- Elgin

Vista Ridge v Manor- Manor

Lake Travis v Dripping Springs- Dripping Springs
