Liberty Hill Falls In Overtime to Crosby (62-61) in State Final Four

Hats of to the Liberty Hill Football team, winning 12 games in a pandemic ridden season. The Panthers journey came to an end Friday night, in an instant classic overtime battle vs. Crosby (falling 62-61).

Check out the controversial final play of the game. After rallying 16 points down to send the game to overtime (tied 55 all), the Panthers continued to battle. After giving up a Crosby TD in the opening OT possession, Liberty Hill scored via a Blake Simpson touchdown. Trailing 62-61, the Panthers chose to go for the win, via a two point-conversion attempt.

Stay tuned next week as we prepare our final Liberty Hill recap mixtape video of the season. Congratulations to Coach Kent Walker and the entire Panther community on a season we will never forget.
